In the twinkiling of an eye

Once again I am reminded of how quickly life can change. Little did we know on Sunday afternoon that when we waved good-bye to Bo it would be our final good-bye. The memory of my father-in-law playing Woody with Jonathan will be a memory I cherish. Woody's missing hat concerning Jonathan. But Bo pointed out that Cowboy Woody was missing his gun too.
I was especially glad that Isaac snapped a photo of Bo with Rachel. It will have a special place in her baby book.

It is never easy to say good-bye to someone we love. What a wonderful assurance that our good-byes are only temporary.

in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet.
For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable,
and we will be changed.
1 Corinthians 15:51-53
